What an amazing draft it'll be this year for GWS, so far, they have picks....
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 and three first-round compensation picks to be used in future drafts.
That is just simply ri-donk-ulous.
Maybe will still trade some away before close of trade week as they hold all the aces now. 2 early picks for Goddard!!! Agree ridiculous and looks even more generous than GC last year with Port the big loser.
Patton, Coniglio, Tyson, Wingard and Longer for top 5 would be :o to build a team around!
Although they have given away Jaeger Bomb and likely Crouch/Kennedy to get a few of those first rounders.
Sucks for Supercoach IMO.

Surely you'll still pick up players like Wingard, Coniglio and Longer though Maca?

Yes I will, but can't pick as many as I would have liked IMO.
They will steal each others scores..
Obviously it wont matter next year but I want to know what price the guys who get picked in the mini draft will be given in 2013 since they didn't get picked in the national draft. I'm assuming they will probably be given a first round draft price

I would assume that also. Can't see Jaeger being any cheaper than 200k.
If i were GWS i would take (plus the rest)
1. Stephen Coniglio
2. Jon Patton
3. Chad Wingard
4. Dom Tyson
5. Billy Longer
6. Port - Will Hoskin-Elliot
7. Todd Elton
8. Brisbane - Adam Tomlinson
9. Matthew Buntine
10. Sam Docherty
11. Toby Greene
12. Melbourne - Liam Sumner
13. Michael Talia
14. Taylor Adams
15. Richmond - Daniel Markworth
16. Fremantle - Hayden Crozier
17. Bulldogs - Mitchell Grigg
18. North Melbourne - Elliot Kavangh
19. Essendon - Devon Smith
20. Fremantle - Brad Hill
21. Sydney - Tom Mitchell (F/S)
22. Carlton - Sam Frost
23. West Coast - Jordan Lockyer
24. Adelaide - Brandon Ellis
25. GWS - Sam Milne
26. Geelong - Clay Smith
Pick 24 should be Adelaides, not Hawthorns ;)

Ah yes it should fixed.
No one else bidded on Buckley so they will take him with their last pick ;) They got a bargain there... Purposely hid him too (as well as him actually being injured)

Yeah huge bargain. :o
I'm fairly sure I heard that North will have already talked to Tomlinson and he will be coming to North, but I can't guarantee that, and obviously you can't avoid teams taking him before us.

I think Brisbane may take him for his F/B capabilities.

Something they do require. Like us, don't really need more mids, need more KPP.

Voss has said he will not be looking for KPP players in the draft but will be taking the best player (in recruiters eyes) at the time. If that be Tomlinson so be it but remember drafts do not usually go to plan. In 2008 Brisbane took Rich with Pick 7. He was not expected to be available for this pick but when he was he was selected.
I think the Saints have pick 25, got it from GWS for pick 20, Saad and Milera
Setanta O'Hailpin to join the Giants after it was announced that he will be drafted tonight
How would ellis fall beyond Fremantle, Fremantle need to replace aging KPP and
ellis can play at both ends of the ground
congilio at 2 with Patton at 1
