Very interesting mate.

Swan/Knights  : 125-130 + 80-85       =205-215

Pendles/Higgins: 115-120 + 95-100     =210-220

They are pretty much around the same ball park, but in this case you would have to take into consideration of many other variable factors incl. injury history, likelihood of getting injured again, durability and with the new sub rule who would get most affected by it?
Higgins looks very prime but then again he's known for only playing 16-18 games a year... knights dont know how he will come back from his injury. With the new sub rule, chance are Swanny will be more affected by it than Pendles.

Statistically wise, I calculated that:

  • If Swanny averages what he does against each team in the first 6 rounds = 125 average before there first bye he is set to decrease price by 45k. (approx 570-575k)
  • If Pendles averages in the first 6 rounds = 111 average before there first bye he is set to decrease price by 25k. (approx 510-515k)
  • With both risers in Missy Higgins and Knights, if they average a tad higher than what they usually do against there opponents, Higgins will ave 90 (price rises to around 405k-410k) whilst knights averages 80 (price rises to around 340k)

So its basically up to you, do you want to take the higher combination of the two players or if the difference is minimal would u take the two that would increase in price more, resulting in an upgrade of the lower two players much faster?
