Hopefully Q checks this before lockout even though he is away.

Still wanting Walcott so I will upgrade my offer to 2 different options.

1. I give drogba and barton
you give fwd of your choice and walcott

2. I give berba and bentley
you give fwd of your choice and walcott

either of them interest you Q?

I like the 2nd offer. Are you up to upgrading bentley?

Well I thought that giving you the second highest scoring player in the game would be enough, so not going to upgrade Bentley.
Bentely is playing twice this game week by the way

Actually I guess I could be persuaded into giving you Barton, but then I would like Odemwingie to be the forward (I assume you would have given me Jones)

So I give Berba and Barton
You give Odem and Walcott

Sound good?

I'll give you Drogba for Torres :P

Haha jokes. Wonder who will thrive more under the partnership. Probably Torres

Haha but unlucky about that.

Made 2 trades to try and strengthen Strikers for the run home. Saha and Carew come in for Varney and Santa Cruz (:'().

Saha is a nice pick, undecided over Carew. He doesn't score many goals. There is someone else I would have got before him...
Title: Re: AEPL Season Round 19 - Draw/Trade Discussion/Analysis
Post by: Justin Bieber on February 09, 2011, 11:28:23 PM
I was thinking of somebody else as well but being a Villa boy, may as well get him while he counts for Stoke (and the double) :P. Indeed he doesn't score many goals, but should be dangerous and could be a nice one who flies under the radar.

The double got him over the line other wise I would of gone with _ _ _ _ _.

5 letters? Not the guy I was thinking of either...
Who are you talking about?
Title: Re: AEPL Season Round 19 - Draw/Trade Discussion/Analysis
Post by: Justin Bieber on February 09, 2011, 11:34:42 PM
Keane but he is injured (not sure about it as the official site says he's in doubt) :P. There was also Piq but I think that boat has sailed..... for a long time :P.

Ah well, time to take some risks :P.

Milner, Bosingwa, Luiz, Cech, Samba, Albrighton, Pav, Green, Kolarov
Title: Re: AEPL Season Round 19 - Draw/Trade Discussion/Analysis
Post by: CrowsFan on February 09, 2011, 11:56:44 PM
Hmm don't want Milner since I already had him, Bosingwa I'm afraid will be dropped for Luiz, the others I think I have better players, except for Cech.

How about I give you Reina and Friedel for Cech and Green? So a straight swap of the keepers?
Title: Re: AEPL Season Round 19 - Draw/Trade Discussion/Analysis
Post by: Andrew3737 on February 09, 2011, 11:59:08 PM
Bosingwa is a RB. Luiz will be playing CB

I don't know about the keepers. I will see though.
Title: Re: AEPL Season Round 19 - Draw/Trade Discussion/Analysis
Post by: CrowsFan on February 10, 2011, 12:06:27 AM
Yeah I know that, but I have a feeling Ivanovic will get pushed back out to RB.
I hope they don't though cos I have Bosingwa in the real game.

Yeah I'm not sure about the keepers either...

Since it appears Q isn't going to show up might as well go post one of my official trades...

Yes for the keeper trade from me. Up to you.
Title: Re: AEPL Season Round 19 - Draw/Trade Discussion/Analysis
Post by: CrowsFan on February 10, 2011, 12:18:59 AM
Alright yes from me too.
Probably silly since it's probably better to have 2 solid keepers than 1 good one and 1 pretty rubbish one.

I'll go announce it

Lol sideways trade but meh. Defensive formation and selections from Daiglesh has Liverpool not conceding. So hopefully this continues.

Liverpool do look better under Dalglish than they did under Hodgson, which is why I brought in Meireles.
Will probably trade Green in for a better keeper next round...
