I've lost all respect for him after that comment. I realise he's going to be payed a small amount of the $1 million a year on playing footy, but that's just plain ridiculous.

He's in it for the cash... I was completely against both of them but Hunt has grown on me since he is actually making an effort and isn't in it just for the money. (imo)

Just in relation to Folau taking the money at his age. I dunno about that, I think you still need to have a bit of interest in what your doing. Some kind of motivation other then cash. And who's gonna respect him if that is his aim.

It's not all about money Alex. I think he'll soon find it will be a very unsatisfying venture for him. As for your question Yes I would because I have a genuine interest in Aussie rules(Unlike folau) and that alone would be enough to motivate me.

Well I personally have no time for him because how can he possibly want to play a game professionally if he has never played before or even watched it before, what else is there?
Why are people getting so upset about the fact he is only playing for the money, of course he is using them for the money...Dont clubs use players for memberships, to pay their wages and as soon as they hit a certain age see you later good on him he made the right CHOICE.
I understand why he would do it, I would.
Truth is GWS/GC are just as bad, they are using rugby players to geet people up there interested.

stealing Thugby League players. The only part of the country that plays it and we have the 2nd ranked nation in the sport (I remember the heartbreaking end of the WC). We need that part of the world so we can continue to be awesome at almost everything :)
