I, myself plan to trade out NicNat next week (Except mine will be NicNat to Cox as I already have Sandi).
Maybe Howlett to Gysberts depending on how he plays this week & Waters/Maguire to a premium like Scotland.

Ideally you'd ask just one of them to do that. Does that change your plans? If you can ensure that whatever LTIs do to you from here on, you try to fix that on the way, then I reckon you're in with a big shot!
