Title: Flex position thoughts
Post by: GoldDigger on January 18, 2025, 06:27:14 PM
There will be 23 players on field most weeks. Best 22 scoring. No extra $$$ to buy that player.

Rucks generally score best, so an extra might be good.

High SD players might be handy here - if they go low you can hide them.

Is it like an extra bench player for whatever position you put here? Only kinda half like that, as someone will be the 23rd player, and may be in your best 22.

I dunno, whaddaya reckon?

It is effectively 22 players of your choice and the lowest score will be deleted. If you had Xerri, Marshall and Gawn, for example, one could be placed in flex position

In the long run it will be used to mean we only have to play 5 forwards each week, but field 9 mids or 3 rucks instead.

In the early stages just use it for flexibility, it'll be a nice safety net for an in game injury or unexpected sub.

Nice way to think of it.
