With a score of 128 to kickstart the year, Jack Graham takes the Round 1 nomination for the BXVs Rising Star Award!
Alex WitherGOAT falls agonisingly short with 127.
Is rising star less than 21? or 21 years or less? Long story short, is bonner eligible?
Doedee best that

Doesn't matter, he's mediocre and will never be as good as Lever ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)
An update for Rds 2 & 3. Op 2 has been updated with all players eligible for the Rising Star award,
Rd 2 Winner Tom Doedee (Nottingham Hoods) with a score of 173
Rd 3 Winner Tim English (Grope Lane Gaints) with a score of 154.
Runner up for both weeks again was Alex Witherden. Surely he will get a nomination soon.
After running close for the last 3 weeks Alex Witherden finally gets a deserved nomination as this weeks Rising Star witha score of 163 with runner up being Tim English
And for round 5 i believe we have a draw between Sam Murray and Harry Morrison it's Lachie Fogarty from the Magic!

Didn't Tim English win again?
Rising Star is by weekly nomination similar to AFL and only one nomination allowed.

Still surely worth mentioning that Tim English scored the highest this week of all eligible players.

Actually if we were to do this it would have been Alex Witherden not English. Early days but looks like this developing into a close tussle between Doedee, Witherden and English with Fogarty not far behind,

I think it would be very handy to do. Maybe a top 3 scorers of the week and then who hasn't been nominated before. Make people aware of who is scoring what on a weekly basis.
Doedee got more than English as well
Our Round 6 nomination goes to young gun Harry Morrison from the Leeches, with a big 154!
And fwiw, Morro beat both Doedee and English this week in case you guys were wondering :P
Ayeeee
This weeks Rising Star Nomination Sam Murray Bradford Badgers with 144 points.
Some consolotion for the Hedgehogs with Patrick Lipinski this weeks rising star with 121pts.
Grope Lane's Oliver Florent (126) manages to just scrape ahead of Liverpool's Hunter Clark (119), Wrexham's Dow (115) and Bradford's Stepho (115) to take this week's Rising Star nomination!
