Well what do you know? The regular season is nearly over already. A pretty hectic season. Team submissions, captaincy, selections, injuries, suspensions all playing their part to downright ruin some seasons. Some excellent drafting and breakout performances turning some other teams into Premiership fancies. Despite what has happened so far there are a whole bunch of must-win matches here this week.

Jakarta simply have to win big here. Can't afford any slip-ups. Can't really afford a tight game either. Karachi eliminated last years Premiership runner-up last week and will look to eliminate the Reigning Premier this week. That will be a nice feather in the hat for a Karachi team that had a horror start to the year.

What a match we have here today! You thought the Grand Final race was exciting well how about this match to see who wins the spoon? The winner of this match will indeed move off the bottom of the ladder whilst condemning the other to the dreaded wooden spoon. PMC will be desperate not to win it for a 2nd time.

Rome face another must-win match against the Margays. Bogota were pretty much eliminated last week and will be looking to end someones season this week. Rome have been a darkhorse team all year and with a win here combined with an Algeria loss, they will make the GF.

Here we go. Match of the week. Match of the season! 1st VS 2nd. Winner is assured a Grand Final place. A loss for either will make them very nervous. Both teams are so evenly matched Barca have totaled 3487 points to Algeria's 3450. Just 37 points separating them. I hope to see a ripping game here in what still could be a Grand Final preview.

Jakarta and Karachi NECK AND NECK! Literally ca not split them at this point. Karachi 55 points ahead with just 1 extra played. Both teams have their captain still to come! Maybe Eloise Jones' OOP may cost Jakarta in the end?

Lima not out of it but PMC Captain Chelsea Randall may have ended it. PMC will be happy to avoid the spoon whilst Lima will probably need a miracle to get up here.

Rome doing work behind Captain Emma Kearney! Rome are giving themselves the very best opportunity to make the GF. They'll be hoping Bogota Captain Tayla Harris has a shocker to give them the percentage boost they'd like.

Match of the Round! But really all you have to do is take a look at Barca's forward line. WTF is that? That forward line would be elite in any comp or any format. Courtney Gum kept Algeria in the game but once again it's gonna come down to Daisy Pearce. No score is beyond her, but surely she needs a 130+ here today?

Looks like Barcelona vs Rome will be the most likely grand final from here.

What a fortnight Karachi have had. 2 of their top scores. Sending a message as to what they could have done if they were healthy all year. Seriously they have been great, eliminating the inaugural 2 Grand Finalist's in 2 weeks. Jakarta had a decent season but it is brought to an end here.

Can you believe the comeback! Lima from seemingly nowhere! Scott and Hore putting 160+ between them very late on Sunday to snatch the win and in turn move away from the bottom of the ladder. Unfortunately for PMC they will most likely be the wodden spooners again.

Bogota were horrible. Rome were very good. Rome may have gotten the percentage boost they needed here!

Barcelona ONE THHOUSANDDDD! WOWEEE! That is not even fair! Algeria played decently but again it was left to their midfield. That's not gonna cut it against Barca! The Lynx will move to the GF and more importantly have earned that critical HGA.

Well, that was an unexpectedly good H&A season by my Lynx! An absolutely tremendous job Levi  8)

I just hope we didn't spend all our petrol tickets this week. Come on Marinoff, I need you to go even bigger next week!
