Title: Top 8 Midfielders By The End Of The Year
Post by: Senior on March 22, 2016, 03:04:44 PM
Now we're only a few days out until the season opener I'm interested to see who people think will be the top 8 midfielders by the end of the year. You can choose up to 8 players from the poll.

I listed 25 players to choose from so hopefully I didn't miss anyone obvious.

Cheers, Senior!

by average, or total points?

Steven, Lewis, Hannebery, Kennedy, Mundy, Fyfe, Rocky, Sidebottom for me

my big call on Ablett missing (or some might call it big) is because I think he gets injured and misses some games, but think he'll be up there for averages

By averages

Rocky
GAJ
Pendles
Lewis
TMitchell
TAdams
Parker
Beams

Reckon Steven may drop a little (only to around that 105ish mark). Hanners probably should be in there somewhere, but running with those 8

I must be one of the few, who think Rockliff may play up forward a lot this year.
I'll no doubt be wrong

My top 8 :)

Pendles
Lewis
Hannebery
GAJ
Hodge
Steven
Macrae
Steven

I have a feeling about a few things this year, firstly I think Rockliff will be used more up front and his average will not live up to everyones expectations. This will though increase Robinson and Zorko's outputs and they should fly this year and are both viable forward options.

I also think that Macrae is going to have a huge season in a top 4 bulldogs team. They are going to be a force this seasoln and he will be at the forefront of whether they succeed of not.

Good luck in 2016 guys and gals!
