First season on AFL: after 3 seasons of SC. What makes a SC premo an AFL dud? and who are the biggest duds?
Defenders who get points from spoils and intercept marks in SC will struggle in AF
Alex Rance is a good example 71 AF 96.6 SC in 2016
Defenders in general not as good AF scorers
SC is an extremely bias system that is subjective to the scorer's opinion on players, so there are many players who are unfairly awarded way more SC points, while DT is flat stats and can't be subjective.
Examples: Goldstein, Ablett, Fyfe, Pendles, and Rance get helped out a lot, while Stef Martin is the #1 guy they hate on.
And yes I am wearing my tinfoil hat!
thanks guys. looks like s martin my r1. and build from their
in AF look at quantity of possessions over quality of possessions.
