Whitfield kicks low and hard into the 50 where Lloyd pops up amongst a cluster of bodies to clunk it. From 35 on a slight angle, he kicks his second! (Q1 5:18)
A soft free is paid against Davis for a hold on Hawkins 40m out. From directly in front, he hits the post. (Q1 6:59)

Duncan floats in from the side to mark to flat Menegola entry kick. He has no trouble slotting it from 40m on a 45-degree angle, putting the Cats on the board. (Q1 11:46)
The Cats attempt to rush it over the line unsuccessfully, allowing Perryman to get a toe in and steal a goal! (Q1 14:36)
Dangerfield receives from Narkle by hand, just outside the 50, takes two quick steps and launches a classy left-foot goal. (Q1 15:49)

Sam Taylor gives away a holding free on Ratugolea but Esava can’t convert his 30m set shot. (Q2 7:08)
A harsh deliberate OOB is paid against Clark, putting Langdon within scoring range. From the boundary, 40m out, he makes it look easy. (Q2 11:09)
Ablett crumbs and shoots at goal from the pocket. Umpire’s call is touched, and without sufficient evidence to prove otherwise following a review, that’s how it remains. (Q2 13:45)
Hawkins pokes a 15m pass to Ablett from the boundary. Gaz goes back from 40 on a slight angle but pushes it to the right. (Q2 17:06)
Narkle and Atkins cleanly and quickly combine by hand, releasing Miers who sells some candy and snaps the goal on his left from 20. (Q2 19:35)
Hawkins clunks the low Tuohy entry on the second bite. From 45m, directly in front, the kick fades to the right. (Q2 21:34)
Harry Taylor’s hasty hack kick fails to clear the defensive 50, landing with Kelly who can’t covert his 40m shot. (Q2 23:37)
An under-pressure Greene releases the handball to Coniglio. On the run, he tumbles a shot that evades Henry with an awkward bounce, extending the Giants’ lead just before HT! (Half Time)
Rohan gets boot to ball 15m out while being slung 360 in the Sam Taylor tackle. Unsurprisingly, it’s offline. (Q3 2:29)
A clean pickup from Cumming allows Perryman to snap accurately on his right from the pocket – his third major for the day. (Q3 4:02)
With haste, Himmelberg sends a bouncing footy toward goal from outside 50. Greene is able to run onto it and covert an awkward yet effective soccer kick from the square. (Q3 7:15)
Marking strongly over the top of Blicavs, Jeremy Cameron has no drama caressing his 40m set shot through for a goal! (Q3 7:51)
Ratugolea crumbs within a huge goalsquare pack, offloading by hand to Duncan who snaps accurately over his left shoulder. (Q3 10:16)
The quick-release handball from Cam Guthrie sets up Duncan to kick his third major, this time on the run from just outside the 50. (Q3 14:17)

With space to run and jump, Cameron marks the high Haynes entry, lines up, and slots it from 35. (Q4 0:37)
Out of congestion, Finlayson gets a hurried kick away that lands right in the lap of Toby Greene who snuck out the back. It’s an easy goal, extending the lead to 38. (Q4 3:49)
Taylor gets the one-two with Ablett before poking a short pass to Hawkins on the lead. Tom goes back from 45 and hits it flush. (Q4 9:26)

O’Connor floats in to mark the sky-high Ratugolea entry. Davis gives him a late slap on the noggin, gifting a 50m penalty and a sure-thing goal. (Q4 13:26)
The Giants provide the quick reply thanks to good bodywork from Tom Green, setting up a sizzling snap and a fourth goal for Harry Perryman. (Q4 14:49)
Daniels crumbs and pops it over the top to Toby Greene, running back with the flight to the goalsquare. His connection isn’t pretty, but he gets the intended result nevertheless. (Q4 17:44)
Perryman sizes up his fifth goal with an outside-50 set shot but it’s OOTF. (Q4 24:32)
