TAGS (life club position role style health) (FF #42039) 2018 DT PRE-SEASON OUTLOOK (posted 18 Jan 2018) Bewick is no Boris
A move from defence/wing to wing/attack didn't really work for Rohan Bewick in 2017. Disposal efficiency of 65% told a tale, as did the fact that he played more NEAFL than AFL, including being unsighted in the seniors after round 16.Soft outside receivers have to have linebreaking pace and/or superior skills to survive in today's AFL, and Bewick doesn't possess either of those assets. List management these days is brutal, and it looks like he's for the chop when his contract runs out after 2018. -

PLAYER DISCUSSION • Not with Voss the T.o.s.s coaching he's got no idea - FLOPITOUT1 - 162 months ago • Surely Bewick is due for a game this round. His injury was only minor. - fivestarmd - 162 months ago • Bruises easily. WC. - Disco DB - 162 months ago • get on board, will get games ahead of polec - robm - 163 months ago • Only problem is he's probably going to be up against Polec for a position in the starting team each wek... - Celtrixx - 163 months ago • Good tip fellas. i reckon this guy will make their best midfield for r1 - Sh00ter - 164 months ago • jrock you are thinking down the same lines as me. Just got ask yourself why did Brisbane trade for him plus now Brennan, Rischitelli are gone and Black and Power are getting older. Averaged good scores in the WAFL and has pace to burn. It will be good to see his NAB Cup scores. - Farm Dog - 164 months ago • Mature-age wingman. Should find his way into the team early. Could prove to be a good unique benchwarmer. - jrock - 164 months ago
