NEWS: Ledger has shown enough promise over the pre-season to suggest he will move into St Kilda's midfield rotation in 2012 and hold a spot for the season. Ledger can play through the midfield, but needs to make habit of being productive up forward and hitting the scoreboard if he wants to survive in the Best 22. Ledger has strong skills and will win his own ball. He has a background at lower level of winning a heap of the ball. Cash Cow Potential: He came on in the 1st quarter last week when Hayes went down, to return 98DT points. Explosive, but job security and the green vest are both very real issues.		This is a 2012 outlook article.

NEWS: Ledger knows how to find the ball. This was already a known fact. But his job security is the issue. In the final round of the NAB Cup he finished with 19 possessions, 9 marks and 4 tackles for 98 Dream Team points. He came on as the Sub early in the first quarter for Lenny Hayes. Performances like this are surely going to put him into strong consideration.
