NEWS: Browne injured his hamstring in January and was expected to return by the end of the NAB Cup. He recently said "I'm back doing a lot of boxing and swimming, and I've started running again now. It's progressing pretty well." Browne was noted before the injury as a breakout candidate for Essendon entering his 2nd pre-season. | ||||

NEWS: Browne had to sit for 2 weeks in early February with a Hamstring Injury, but should be training with the main group very soon. There is quite a bit of talk about him on the track as a third year player who may break onto the scene in 2012. His a very attacking half back flanker, who could easily play through the midfield. He has strong skills and is likely to score reasonably well if given an opportunity this season. Cash Cow Potential: Intriguing player.
