thoughts on Luke Ball ? 343K could be a steal for him
I currently have Ball/Embley as M5/6. Seems to work so far...

- have ditched Buddy due to his contract negotiations saga; will probably impact his form
- keeping Gray but if those reported rumours are found to be true I will grab Kennedy, Bock or Byrnes
- Luke Ball at 343K is a good pick up, could be a nice cash cow
- Tossing up which two to get out of Pendlebury, Cotchin and Stanton

Thoughts?

kilbluff1985

Pendles is underpriced he underperformed last season due to injury

Windigo

Gray won't be ready for round one. Re-assess that selection.

OK then. Bock, Kennedy or Byrnes?

Jay

B: I dont think Vlastuin's game will transfer to DT points and is pricey - would prefer Jasper Pittard... Apart from that looks good, premium choices are faultless

M: Cant say much, looks good

R: Good to see H-Mac. I expect a big year from him being no.1 to one of the best midfield in the comp

F: Flick Gray, wont be right for Rn1. Nice selection of smokies

Good luck :)

Tominator

Brent Staker anybody ?

Trying to think who I could grab for Vlastuin... he can play midfield and is a ferocious tackler, I personally think he is a good pick as there aren;t many great replacements at his price IMO (besides the ones I already have)

I have both at present BigTom. Gray the risk in your current side IMO..Byrnes may just have better JS over Kennedy...nice start  ;D

Jay

Heard Gray definitely wont play Rnd 1 - will try and find the link

Tominator

Shannon Byrnes in for Robbie Gray then

What about Bock or Monfries though?

QUESTIONS

1. Out of Ablett, Boyd, Pendlebury and Cotchin, which two should I grab?

2. Is Hamish McIntosh a good first ruck or is Nic Naitanui a better choice?

3. Is Joe Daniher a better pick than Brett Goodes? I could play Staker in DEF if I dump Goodes or Pittard (then get Daniher or Lee up forward)

4. What do you think of my team ?

Thanks guys !

1) Pendles and Cotchin easily.
Player = predicted 2013 average, difference from 2012
Ablett = 114, -10
Boyd = 114, -1
Pendles = 117, +7
Cotchin = 117, +7

2) McIntosh by far. Naitanui injured, won't play NAB and probably not early on in the season, and his career highest average will be at most 92 imo.

3) Nope.

DEF: It's good, not too much to fault as you've picked well. Good premiums and good rookies.

MID: Think Boyd is almost a POD, but Cotch and Pendles are good options. Fyfe a great pick too. Loaded up on rookies who should all see game time and generate cash.

RUC: Bit different and I like it, watch H-Mac though. Fitzpatrick is interesting, could be turned into Witts or Grundy possibly.

FWD: Well done on this line too. No forward rookies is interesting. Staker and Macaffer are good picks. Not too sure about N-Roo, Breust and Knights, could be risky but could also pay off. Breust is a good pick though, think he could have good year.

8.5/10
