Im thinking with the new rules its going to be a mad scramble to get our desired 22 best players that we want on the field come finals time,so its no time to screw around with mid pricers. Here ive pretty much closed down 3 of the 4 lines where im already in a position to begin sideshifting if necessary, while i consider it a bonus if any of the 6 junior burgers raise in price significantly, granted id be gambling on bargain priced bock & leuenberger to come up trumps or id have to spend some coin on upgrades there, but the rest its a straight sideshift to a comprable player, assuming the 2 go ok im set in 16 of the 22 positions & would be quite happy going into a gf with those 16 boys.

Now pretty assured that i will score high because i got 16 quality guys & the other 6 whether its 6 of those forwards or 6 others will be playing rd 1 & 3 of them are dpp anyway. So i will be able to switch out 4 of them if need be for better cash cows in rounds 2 & 3,then by round 4 my 14 junior burgers should all be rising in price, that gives me 16 weeks before finals to work all 14 of them out & slowly work on bringing 6 decent forwards in,the other option was to load up on forwards & chip away at getting a decent midfield as the season progresses, but the highest scoring guys are in the midfield, this way im going to win games as well, will have a look at the forward option because chances are if i load up on forwards i may get 17 prems on the park.

btw i have 92k left over with this mob

I'm actually toying with a team similar to team 2. But with Ablett, Pendles and mundy as my mids, and 6 defenders and forwards over 380k. So i'm liking team 2. I think team 1 will be too hard to upgrade to 6 prem/keeper forwards.

Those teams aren't really any different from others .. you pretty much have the same amount of rooks but their all in the one position.. midfield rooks are generally the way to go but you have to consider JS .. So this is why i pick the best of the best from each line unless there isnt any.
