Pre 2009 Welsh played Gaelic football in Ireland

2010 Walsh was taken at pick number 69 in the 2010 AFL Rookie Draft by St Kilda.

2011 Walsh didn't play a game and requested to be traded to the Swans.

2012 Walsh debuted against Melbourne in round 8 and went on to play in round 9 and 23.

Verdict No No No No NO! I don't think he'll get much game time and even if he does he is a useless spud. (The -3 didn't help)

he is purely in the swans lineup as backup. Now that Spangher has gone, he moves up the depth chart slightly but he isnt ahead of white imo

-3 will pretty much sum his fantasy career up.

I get the feeling it was a bad move for him to go to the Swans. Saints now crying out for key position defenders, while the Swannies have a really cohesive defensive lineup.  Doubt he will ever be fantasy relevant, and definitely not this year.
