Robbie Gray
Price: 262 100 (Fan planner)
2012 Games: 2
2012 Ave: 70
2011 Games: 22
2011 Ave: 91
Position: Mid/Fwd

Gray suffered a horrific knee injury earlier in the year which saw him not play again for the rest of the year. With Gray being so cheap, a Mid/Fwd DPP and if he has a full pre season, then Gray is definitely someone to consider next year! In Gray's best season last year he averaged 18 disposals and kicked 32 goals, so he knows how to find the ball and hit the scoreboard. Gray is definitely on my SuperCoach radar if he can have a good pre season!

2013 Supercoach Point Average Prediction: 85-95

Torress

i had him locked away for 2012, im a fan of gray.

but with his back/hammy issues on top of that serious knee injury i think i'll avoid for next year.
he really seriously did that knee. they used a hammy tendon to replace the ACL - coupled with his already dodgy hammys.

he'd HAVE to be flying at the start of next year for mine to be picked. risky as pick, on the radar but i'm doubtful.

Another cheap forward to consider. We will learn if his on the right track and ready for AFL footy during the PreSeason.  :)

Adamant

Definitely on my radar. Will keep an eye on NAB form.

Injury is a worry, but would be crazy not to keep an eye out on him during pre-season

Jay, There will always be injuries. Whether it's from a injury prone player or a player that is barely ever injured (example Kade Simpson in 2012) we won't know till it happens.

Torp, If you're smart you realise who misses large amounts of footy due to injury and only pick them with good reason.

Yeah, Gray has averaged well before and was pretty unlucky to get injured. You never know when a player will get injured though.

or just bending over, in the case of Shaun Higgins...Gray isnt too far behind

enzedder

Not interested. His name comes up every year.
Get a premium or a rookie...not Gray.
