WXV State of Origin!

Hey there folks!

In addition to the EurAsia v AAP Alliance representative matches, State of Origin matches will be held giving each coach in the World 15s a chance to continue playing during the AFL's rounds 12 - 13.

This is how I have envisioned it will work:

1. There will be 8 representative teams: VIC Metro, VIC Country, SA, WA, NSW/ACT/TAS, QLD/NT, Aboriginal, Rest of the World.
2. There will be two coaches for each team, meaning that everyone gets a chance to be involved in the representative matches.
3. Coaches will be aligned with teams at complete random (using random.org)
4. Teams will be placed in two pools (VICM, VICC, SA, ROW in pool 1, and WA, NSW/ACT/TAS, QLD/NT, Aboriginal in pool 2) and the matches will be chosen at random.
5. Teams will be chosen in the following order: AAP, EUR then QLD/NT, NSW/ACT/TAS, ABOR, ROW, WA, SA, VICC and finally VICM. I feel this will be the fairest as QLD/NT and NSW/ACT/TAS have very limited squad choices, whereas both Victorian teams have an abundance of players. Once the team before you has chosen their initial playing squad of 20, then it's your turn.
6. I will develop squad lists, based on a where the player was born. However, if I cannot find where he was born, then it will be based on the state where he was drafted from.
7. The Rest of the World team will be made up of players that were born in a country outside Australia OR had at least one of their parents born outside Australia.

Current WXV Rules will apply for all matches, except no home advantage will be given. Also, the out-of-position rule will be relaxed for some teams due to team numbers.

Any queries or problems, just let me know. :)

Teams

Two coaches were assigned to each team by the random generator available at random.org.

I was thinking something along that line. However, since the EurAsia v AAP is the focal point, that game should be held at the MCG and the VICM v SA game at Etihad or AAMI.

With both the EurAsian and AAP teams listing their 20-man provisional squad it is now QLD/NT's and NSW/ACT/TAS's turn to choose their provisional squads. :)

Jeez, our NSW/ACT/TAS team also lose Grant Birchall, Taylor Walker and Nick Riewoldt! :o

But I think Maca and I will still be able to produce a reasonable side and defeat the Aboriginal team! ;D

Something people should also know, while you cannot obviously select a person in your squad that has already been selected in another team's playing squad, do know that should players not make the final team, they can then be selected for another team. If that makes sense.

For example, Taylor Walker has been selected for the AAP Alliance, and is not available for selection for the NSW/ACT/TAS team. However, if CF does not choose to list him in his final team sheet, then the NSW/ACT/TAS team will be able to place Walker in their final team sheet.

FisherSaints

So I can't name the players selected in the AAP and EuroAsia teams
