If you picked Broughton from the start surely u should stick solid? I will be, everyone knows Greg is an up and down player but that one day you need someone to give you a 140+ this bloke can get it! He has a massive ceiling and clearly by his start to the year a deep ground floor, I hope everyone trades him out for Hargrove lake etc because u will be looking for rope when he pumps out a blinder this week against the lions who have no one that he will need to tag, I'm tipping him to have a cracker this week.

I'm gonna keep him. That is all...

I banged on about this on another thread, totally agree he has played two tough games from the point of view of a running back in Geelong and Sydney. He trained with the mids for a reason and will get his chance imo. I can see Spurr taking his lock down role once over the calf injury.

Let everyone else make him a unique pick.

jabroni

i dont have him but this time last week everyone was "oh he smashed it against syd last year hold onto him" so i would take what he scored under mark harvey with a pinch of salt

The F.A.R.K.

he tears up agains brisbane

lyon wont need him as a tagger because who will he tag in brisbanes fwd line...sam sheldon??? hahaha

he should play run with in mids with rockliff if brown is back (please) and then shoot out a 140

Yeah I was told something like that last week when someone said he scored 130+ last they played Sydney, didnt really show over the weekend, you can't rely on pass stats when the guy is playing a different role

Don't make a wish out loud as it wont come true! I hope you're right!

what happens if he gets 72 next week, then what? hold off on trading, then the next week he gets 68  then what? wait alittle longer and keep telling yourself he will come good...  and all that time you are falling alittle further behind the leaders...
but hey he should probably kill brisbane and score a big 120+ this week

it was probably me i said he socre 119 or something against sydney last year. I have traded him out at the moment but im thinking of hitting the reverse trade button.

Dazzalenko

@Holzman I traded him out and I'm most likely not going to reverse

There are so few great option across the backline even if we have to wait a few weeks for bigger scores unless you are getting in Goddard or Birchall I struggle to see another valid option that will consistently score really well. His ceiling is the equal of any other back and almost on par with mid-premo's when he's up and going.

fair point,, but u could cash up and get a cow in,, milk, then upgrade later

I'm happy either way. it's gonna be a tough decision. Last year i traded out a premium after a 37 (Carrazzo) to someone who is gunning it this year but not last. Cost me big time, not sure whether i should go heart over head again this year. :-\
