OK so I start reading your DEF and it just doesnt stop..........

DEF: suprme, 5 premiums !!! Ok my standard comment for buntine is be sure he is a keeper or pick a $104K rook that will play from round 1 becaue as a cash cow the 104K rook will achieve the same or better and probably faster and save you a ton of cash.

MID: Solid - can't fault it. great rooks. great premo's

RUCK: and here is why the defence is so strong. Brave 1 premium 3 rooks, I don't know who jenkins is but if you have the guts to do this i would go rowe maybe. Still you have to expect your 5th premium defender plus your starting rookie ruck to score more points than all your opponents second premium ruck and rookie defender, otherwise this strategy will cost you points every round.

FWD: supreme again almost 5 premiums here also.

What I would do, downgrade - haynes,tomlinson,wingard,buntine = add all that money to Jenkins in the ruck and hopefuly get a second premium ruck, probably not so maybe settle for a kruezer or a hmac type???? or NOT. A lot of people are tying the 1+3 ruck strategy.

Great team the ruck scares me but your DEF and FWD are the best I have seen in depth and your mids are as solid as most.

Agree with most of colliwobblers points. My only premium query is Thompson in the mids, I think there are better options.

Switching Buntine > Mohr & Wingard > Zorko should give you enough cash to go Thompson to Murphy, Swan or Selwood.

I've made a few little changes what do you think?

DEF: Looks really good. All of your prems are proven scorers and I reckon Heppell will increase his average to 95 - 100 this year.

MID: Looks good but I don't like Pavlich in the mids. Move him into your fwds and bring in Selwood. He'll average 115+ this year I reckon and is a bargain at his current price.

RUCKS: I'm not sold on West. Bring in Leuenberger for West. He will kill it this year.

FWDS: I really don't think that N Roo will ever get back to his high scoring ways. I think his price reflects where he's at and I would stay away at all costs. To be able to have the cash to bring in Selwood and Leuenberger you will need to downgrade one of your players to a rookie. I think Dangerfield is the one who has to go. He is just so up and down and he will do your head in as an SC coach.

My suggestions:

1. Pavlich out of mids for J Selwood.
2. Leuenberger in for West.
3. Pavlich into fwds for N Riewoldt.
4. Rookie in for Dangerfield.

Money in the bank?
Its a solid team but hard to see where you spent it all.  Wingard may not play early season. Dangerpants seems to always disappoint.  Consider h.shaw instead of adcock if you can afford.
I like that you have swallow in there.
Im a bombers fan and i can see heppel improving this year but off half back i dont think he'll avg 90-100 which is what he has to get to justify selection in your team.
Watch broughton nab cup- if he plays mid or ball carrier out of def then keep him.  Duffman may get that running role thouh.
