Here's my draft for SC and subject to change after NAB Cup obviously :)

TEAM NAME: Vdraft
DEF: B. Goddard, B. Deledio, H. Shaw, G. Broughton, B. Lake, B. Wilkes, B. Ellis (A. Tomlinson, M. Talia)
MID: S. Pendlebury, G. Ablett jnr, M. Murphy, D. Thomas, C. Smith, B. McKenzie (B. Hill, D. Zorko)
RUC: D. Cox, S. Mumford (O. Stephenson, S. Rowe)
FWD: L. Franklin, S. Johnson, M. Pavlich, T. Dickson, T. Adams, A. Frank, I. Folau (D. Pfeiffer, S. Kersten)

Ringo

Not a bad team for first draft.

Backs: Ok but watch to ensure Broughton is not used solely as a lock down back man pre season.
Mids: 4.2 which I Like and can t fault . How will bucks use Daisy is a question that may effect his SC. But nice unique who I hav not seen in many teams.
Rucks: No worries
Forwards: 3/4 not a fan of this structure would prefer a 4/3

7.5/10 mainly due to forward line.

Miss Pies

Yeah I would have prefered a 4/3 FWD but SC money can't buy you love haha.

Dean Cox  8)  You might want Giles instead of Rowe though.

If he goes nuts again youll be laughing.  Love the Folau pick  :D

I almost picked folau - will play every game and is a fwd and can kick ( we all scared because of hunt ) but i think this cat is different. DT different mainly.

The team: Def- great 4 guns and a mid
MID- great again 4-4 GnR
Ruck - set and forget perfect choices maybe rowe maybe giles whatever  as you say nab cup...
FWD- superpower trio but most teams have 4 premiums. not sure this matters at all but if anything is weak its the fwd line.

Good solid team 95% guns and rooks the proven way :) Well done on resisting all the evil midpriced temptations

Footyrulz

all pretty good except forward line. mabye downgrade a defender.

Thanks Colliwobblers and Footy Rulz. I feel it is extremely hard to get points in def this year (as it is most years lol)

So I wanted a more solid Def to start instead of trying to play catch up on trades.
I think fwds are easier to get around as we don't really know who out of the guns IS going to score well. It' always 50/50 with any player really, whether it be a rookie or gun.

So having extra rook in the fwd and then just going with who's kicking well this year as upgrades is far easier than trying to land def and waste so many precious points if Def is not solid. Can make or break the team really.

But that's just my 2 cents lol :)

Edit: PS. I think Folau will be my 4th Gun *giggles*

+1 giggles that funny "also giggles"

I agree wit hyou i'm being told not to but im loading up defence 4 Premium 2 midprice 3 rooks - midfield 4 premium 4 rook - ruck 2 premium 2 rook - forwards 3 premium 1 midpriced 5 rooks.

Bit scarey hey but got to have rooks somewhere and do upgrades somewhere does it really matter if there is a couple less rooks in the DEF and a couple more in the FWDS?

I guess where ever the best rooks are is where you want them. More money been made.

Love your 13 starting premiums - can see that u've built your team on really solid starters.
Your forwards are a little weak sadly - may not matter though - the premise is to keep 13 strong premiums and then let the rest of the squad work out from there.

Personally i'm going for 14 premiums with no mid pricers such as Lake or high draft picks.

Cheers lozza. Yeah will just have to wait to check out accuracy on goal, even on the Guns. To me that is something that is made quite apparent after NAB. Knowing where all the players heads are at and confidence levels :)
