Mids look fine. Some risks, perhaps too many with fwds...Roo, Dids, Brown were stars in 2010 and earlier but after last year not so sure anymore. Not sure about HMac as second ruck either. Lots of positives in your team elsewhere.

Very Solid Team

Only real concern is H Mac as second ruck, Think Goldy will be No 1 at Roos.

Would have only selected one of Brown and Riewoldt too much risk with both.
Obviously rookies will be finalised after pre season.

Apart from that good tyeam 9/10

Hi mate, here's my take on your team:

Backs: Okay, though Brian Lake worries me after last season, I wouldn't pick him unless someone who is in the know at the 'dogs says Lake is 'training the house down' and good to go. Also, Daniel Connors didn't exactly set the world on fire last year, or any other year for that matter.

Mids: Great.

Ruck: As stated previously, HMac is a risk, but, it may work, it seems Giles and Big O will most likely play a lot.

Fwd: Well..... At the end of last season I was so angry with myself for persisting with N.Roo that I sent myself an email to open before season 2012 to remind me to never, ever pick N.Roo again. He is a sadsack dud. Save yourself the misery, I will be. Also, Didak is risky, will he turn up to play, will he get heaps of 'sub' time? No thanks. Get the Porpoise instead.

For the above reasons i'd rate your team as 8/10
