No tbad for first up.  Pretty Standard team. Byes will hurt especially Round 13. These three round byes are really stuffing things up.  Been looking for a while to see how to cover if going for all and can not cover. Hopefully there will be some concessions for these weeks. (6 team byes and trying to come up with a playing 22  :P)

Brown and Riewoldt in the forward line may come off but personally I would only take one and look at another forward.  Kreuzer is a bit of concern as well would probably take Ryder of him if looking for the Ruck?Forwrad DPP.
Caddy is an interesting choice that may also come off. Assuming back is Heath Shaw and Mid Isaac Smith,
Benches are solid but watch pre season form closely.
Overall 7 - 7.5 out of 10

Backs: The obvious backs. GOD, Lids and Gibbs. Shaw is a pretty interesting one, you still have faith in him unlike most

Mids: Strong yet unique. Pendles and GAblett are pretty standard, but Murphy will still be a fairly unique player in my opnion. Cotchin is also an intresting one seeing as he had hi 'breakout' year in 2011. Maybe he can take it a step further? Caddy, solid, future gun. What Smith are you talking about?

Rucks: Intresting choice, West. I can see where you're coming from as Ottens has retired, but watch in the pre-season and the NAB cup to see wether he will be their number 1 ruckman.

Fwds: Not the strongest line I've seen, but will be decent. Franklin and Fyfe are pretty standard. NRoo is a debatable option, do you think he'll bounce back? Kreuzer is fairly untested, he will the one to watch out for in 2012.

Overall a fairly normal team with not too many uniques. Should core decently  ;)

7.5/10

thanks for the advice guys  :)
its just a start and there will be changes made along the way.
Im not sure about N.Riewoldt but i think Brown will return to his true form after being unlucky with injury last year.
i didnt really look into the Byes side of thing this early on. but i think cotchin could be a really good pick up hes a jet.
and its Devon Smith not Isaac Smith

rookies will change through NAB cup

tried to figure out the bye strategy. not sure on the rookies will have to wait for NAB cup. also not sure what to do for rucks eg (2 prems 2 rookies) or (1 prem, 3 Rookies) or what i have chosen (1 prem 1 mid 2 rookies).

The Woodman

I like it. If you can squeeze some more cash (get rid of Bower?) and upgrade Kreuzer, could work really well.
8.5

Good solid team

ive gone with 1 prem 1 mid 2 rookies for my rucks i have the same as you but i have t west instead of kreuzer bout the same price but i think more potential as he will be number 1 at the cats and has no injury worries aved 76 last season from 7 or so games

Very solid team. I like kruezer over west myself. Biggest concern id have is sidebottom/brown in the forwards. Brown could go either way but sidebottom i think will struggle to increase his output. Still going to be behind pendles, swan, thomas and ball for midfield time and share of midfield points. If you could find the extra cash perhaps upgrade him to cloke, goodes, johnson. Or downgrade him and upgrade kruezer to a prem (cox, goldstiend, mumford, sandi), take your pick. Just some thoughts.

Rookies to be wathced over nab, team very solid, sidbottom my only concern. 8.5/10

i have taken a risk with sidebottom he could step it up and become a prem well thats what im hoping for
