HOW DO YOU INSERT A PICTURE INTO A POST?

I'm sure its simple, pls help.

All I get is the  text when I click the 'Insert Image' button.  I have the picture saved as a file, how do I insert it into the post?

Most of us have the skills to take a snapshot of our screen, but cant figure out how to paste a pic into the post.

ATM, 95% of us type out our entire team each time we want to discuss trade options.

Can someone spend a few minutes typing out the instructions, or give us the help link to show us how to paste snapshots into the post?

There is nothing in the help section about this.  Help would be appreciated.

You need to save the picture at imageshack or somesuch. MissPies gave a good explanation last year. Try searcing her posts ...

you need to insert the image URL (and therefore need to upload it onto the internet first)
