I like the petrie tippett swap, especially at tippetts price.

I think Pendles will have a big year purely off how he sharked so many votes from swan in 2010

Stanton always is a solid DT investment

I like Carrazzo and the DEF MID option

Think Didak may get a run across half back - more points

Betts and Rioli will score highly i think as the dash in the forward line and a little midfield work

May have one too many rookies in DEF

I seriously doubt Didak will go to Halfback, he has never touched that area of the ground and Collingwood have too many quality half-back players.  THOMAS on the other hand has a very good chance of moving back there.  Of course, Didak will score highly, and provides a nice swap with Sylvia across C/F.

I'm not a massive fan of Betts, and don't think quality small forwards in Yarran and Garlett will help him score, but perhaps he will get midfield work, I'm not sure.  Rioli on the other hand is a risk, but if Hawthorn aspire to do well, he needs to fire.

I wouldn't go with two Carlton players in the backline, so trade out Scotland for someone else younger and on the rise.  Broughton, Grimes?  This will also help the fact you have four Carlton players.

Perhaps if you spent a little less and downgraded Scotland to Grimes you could upgrade Stanton, as I'm not a fan of him due to his awful ball use effectiveness (something Hird may agree with) this would bring you into the range of Hayes or Selwood, or you could conserve cash and go with Hodge.  However I'd pick Bartel as he'll need to fire with Ablett gone, and is reaching his prime.

Will probably keep Didak. Always had an issue trusting Daisy's depth. Quality player but very rarely seen him break his back for the team unlike other of that ilk.

rioli- pav, I dunno, rioli has more potential pay off imo.

agree zarts rioli was good last year i think he will be better this year especially if he gets a run in the midfield and geez he lays some great tackles as well.but pav will still go good this year
stanton had him last year never again so good move getting rid of him.
didak is injured you might want to rethink having him or keep an eye his progress.if you do get rid of didak put rioli back in.
