Mid: i dont like the bench. clarke was injuried or not pick in in the team for brisbane. dont know anything aobut polec and krakouer not sure about yet coz we dont know how he fits in the collingwood linup
Ruc: i would only choose sandi as first ruck coz he will be play forward this season to rest during the game
fwd: chapman personaly i wouldnt choose him coz his hammies and petterd i dont some much upside in there

i would give it 6.5 - 7/10

Its a fine team. Polec is a perfectly good choice, was a gun last year in the SANFL and will slot straight into the Lions first team. Most people have X.Clarke for now as he appears fit this preseason until he proves otherwise. You will need to put Richardson into the Fwds (as he has had a position change already). Everything else is good.

Back:
Solid backline in which only one I'm not sure on is Hibberd. It's good to go unique though and may pay off.

Middle:
Polec is a great choice for a unique IMO but Clarke is just a waste of time with his constant injuries. I'm not completely sold on Andrew Krakouer ability to get into Collingwoods best 22.

Ruck:
The only part I could criticise too much. Patrick Ryder will be a good player for you but Petrie has been injury prone last two seasons. If Petrie goes down you wont have any coverage if Cox/Naitanui and Renouf/Hale stay fit.

Forward:
Only improvement is that Jack Darling won't be ready this year IMO.


Overall I'm quite surprised that you can fit Deledio, Goddard, Gibbs, Enright, Swan, Ablett, Boyd, Judd, Ryder, Chapman, Franklin, Thomas, Riewoldt, Knights all in the same line up.

Considering that I would only lose Bailey, Hibberd, X.Clarke, J.Darling and maybe Lycett then

Yeah good point re ablett but im thinking get him now and then he's in , dont have to hope and wait for a rookie to fly to get him he will be super this year im happy to get him in now !

really solid team 9/10

backs are risky playing 2 rookies on the field.
mids are and rucks are good.
forwards are average - not a huge fan of pettard and im not sure if green can produce again.
