This is my version of ossie's countdown. Slightly different his are whether a player is worth picking mine is a player who is definitely worth it but you don't know if you should.
first up, Brendan Goddard. Obviously he is a star, with the highest average of any SC player this year.
Gets a lot of ball and has thrived when given extra responsibility when Nic went down.
But, with the highest average, also comes the highest price tag. No doubt he will give you great scores, but he would want to when you pay top dollar for him.
It is a similar thing we pondered about GAJ this pre-season and the 2 before that, obviously, everyone payed when they passed him up.
Personally, this is how I feel with Goddard, paying that much will hurt, but not having him will hurt more.
Durability is an issue, but he seems t have held up well this year only missing the one game.

I said no this year, and got burned, I will not make the same mistake again.

if he is mid/back still, will definately be in, if he is only mids, it will be between him, GAJ and other super premiums

I will definately be Goddarding next year. I got him in this year when Barlow went down in the mids and when Hodge went out for R22 i was able to swap them and trade hodge for a mid.

I wasnt able to get him in DT though, burnt me bad. I tried so hard to get him but his price just never went down! I kept waiting but it never happened. So next year Ill be picking him up for sure even if he is only a mid.

I'm having a tough time deciding where to put him. He's current in DEF though.

Where abouts are you putting Goddard? (and don't dare say on the bench  >:()
