Here's my team as it stands between round 8 and 9.
I am rank about 38,000
Happy with my mids, but would really like to make a couple of changes elsewhere, although i only wanna use 2 more trades... (or 3 absolute maximum) before keeping the rest up my sleeve for injuries.

I have $156k in the bank.

BACKS
Goddard
Gilbee
Goodwin
Kennelly
Silvagni
Davis
Krakouer
(Trengove / Schoenmakers)

MIDS
Swan
Ablett
Bartel
Barlow
Cross
Judd
(Moles / Howlett)

RUCKS
Sandilands
Naitanui
(Lobbe / Stanley)

FORWARDS
Pavlich
O'Keefe
Higgins
Brown
Murphy
Ziebell
Podsiadly
(Jaensch / Rockliff)

My initial thoughts were Krakouer to Hodge. (I can afford this immediately)
Or do i go Krakouer to a back less expensive than Hodge that also lets me either upgrade NikNat to Cox, or upgarde a forward?

Any suggestions

is that robert murphy in your forward line? cos hes done his knee and is out for a bit, hes a dodgy barbie! injured all the time.

i think your idea of krakouer to hodge is a good idea, hodgy is gonna be all australian, hes practically all the hawks have got at the moment :P

krakour is back this week but i reckn shoenmakers is deadweight back there so if u can do shoenmakers>webberly and davis or trengove(depending on ur cash might need to wait another week for davis or trengove to go up in $$) up to ur premium defender then if bob murphy's knee is bad str8 swap 4 the goodes

yep... rob murphy. i think i can cover him this week with the return of pods (aslong as J Brown plays too). I may have to wait another week to do anything with Murph.

what's the word on webberley? Is he likely to play the majority of the reminder of the year? If so, the Shoenamkers move looks okay.

just means i will need 3 trades to get 2 keepers.
was hoping to do it in 2 but if it's not possible, then i'll have to look at 3.

if doing 2 trades i could get:
Shaw (B) Didak (F)
in exchange for
Krak (B) Murphy (F)

if doing 3 trades i could get
Hodge (B), Webberley(B), $460k (F)
in exchange for
Krak(B) ,Schoenmakers(B), Murphy (F)

i wouldve thought krak and bob were keepers tho i mean they r a little expensive to make money on so their keepers to ur team, bobs knee is 2-3 and krak is a test for this weekend so if u trade these 2 guys sure u may cover them 4 now but thats 2 less trades u can use for ur teams overall progress eg cash cow to extra premium, im currently stuck with brennan and gram on my bench but im not trading them as i could fill my team with premiums if i keep them if i trade them out il be a couple trades short and likely be playing a rookie/mid priced guy in areas ;)

looks like Krak may be a bit longer yet. Apparently was given leave yesterday to return to WA whilst he recovers from a injury high up on the leg (groin/hammy/driver?)

Pretty sure this wouldn't happen if he was availalbe for selection this week, or even the coming 2 week.s
